Garden of Equine

The WFLF LERR “Garden of Equine” program is our enrichment program featuring rescued off track Thoroughbreds. Garden of Equine seeks to educate the public on the need to support humane treatment, retirement, rehabilitation, and retraining for Thoroughbreds. Participants learn a valuable form of social and emotional support in humane education through interacting with these majestic animals.

They are a living testament to the will of the American public; that horses are non-food animals and deserve to be treated humanely. No equine should ever have to suffer the fate of slaughter.
