Meet MORNING STARGLOWMORNING STARGLOW

Morning Starglow was just 6 weeks old when she lost her mother to slaughter. Deprived of her Mother's milk to nourish and protect her, she collapsed and nearly died. She was in the hospital for 17 days before she had the strength to come home and it has taken many months to restore her delicate system with special milk-replacer feeds, immune building supplements, high quality hay and endless TLC. Morning StarGlow has indeed fully recovered. Her recovery is a testament to the mission we serve with your support.

Our bills for vet medical care, supplies, feed and hay have added up into the tens of thousands. Your donations make it possible for us to continue this lifesaving work. Please give generously.

WILD HORSE PRESERVATION INITIATIVE:

The Wild For Life Foundation (WFLF) and its Saving America’s Horses Initiative introduces hope as the Bureau of Land Management exterminates the last of America’s wild horses and burros in the wild, and thousands of wild and domestic equines are systematically mistreated, removed, and transported for human consumption abroad.

Can we preserve and protect one of America’s most iconic species before they become extinct in the wild and reverse the degradation to open rangelands caused by their removal? WFLF says affirmatively, YES! Wild for Life Foundation’s Equine Sanctuary/ Preserve Plan is part of a working solution in a larger grassroots effort focused on saving this indigenous species for the greater good, and supporting the wildlife and natural ecosystems that depend on them now and for generations to come.

The Wild for Life Foundation (WFLF) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charity dedicated to saving, protecting and preserving equines through rescue, sanctuary and education. WFLF and its wild horse preservation initiative serves as an educational platform for the protection of wildlife through the provision of long term sanctuary of wild horses and burros removed from America's rangelands. Back to the Wild is the wild horse and burro rescue program under WFLF which provides safe sanctuary for wild equines removed from the open ranges and educational resources for the preservation of wild equines. WFLF and its Saving America’s Horses Initiative are dedicated to the promotion of wild horse conservation and preservation initiatives with a focus on the prevention of equine cruelty.

BACK TO THE WILD:

Lifetime Equine Refuge is dedicated to lifesaving rescue and education for the protection and preservation of America's wild horses. WFLF's BACK TO THE WILD provides for placement in long term sanctuary for wild horses removed from the open ranges and educational resources for the preservation of wild equines.

We oftentimes come across once free roaming wild horses that were rounded up by the BLM and stripped of their legal title that protects them from slaughter. Once removed from their rightful homes on the open range many of them wind up at auction or simply disappear. During the government round ups their families were torn apart, many of them die in the process, countless babies are killed.

Gypsy Smudge and ShelbyIllegal round up operations are exterminating the wild horses and burros. They are not being protected by the government; in truth their herds are being destroyed. We are working to save them, protect and preserve them. Through our wild horse rescue mission we save them from slaughter and provide them with a guarantee of safety, so they will never face the slaughter pipeline again. Our Mustang Fund is just for that purpose. Your support is crucial to ensuring we can fulfill our mission.

WFLF-LER rescued these three Mustangs that had orginally been rounded up from the same range area. They have become part of the family herd under under WFLF's Back to the Wild.

Your support is crucial to ensuring we can fulfill our mission. Horses represent a reflection of who we are as people. Their lives are a living testament to the spirit and will of humanity; when they suffer we suffer and when they thrive we thrive. We are here to discover those who are suffering and raise awareness about them and come to their aid. We rely 100% on tax deductible donations to carry out our mission. Your support is imperative. We hope that you will find it in your hearts and in your budget give generously. Please help by sponsoring the costs for feed, vet medical care, transportation, training and housing (stabling & pasturing). Whether you give to our general rescue and sanctuary fund or sponsor the needs of an individual horse, when you donate to Wild for Life Foundation (WFLF), you make a huge difference. Your continued support is what makes this all lifesaving mission possible!
